LSU going in-home with 4-star WR

Mickey Joseph is set to return to his recruiting area on Thursday with two big stops to New Orleans area targets.

Joseph, who doubles as LSU’s wide receivers coach, is set to go in-home with 4-star Kansas commit Devonta Jason. Additionally, SEC Country has learned that Joseph will also go in-home with one of the state’s top uncommitted wide receivers, 4-star Lawrence Keys III.

Keys, who is down to LSU, Houston and Notre Dame, has kept the Tigers on top since the spring.

Keys’ season just wound down at McDonogh 35 (La.) High School and is expected to begin taking his official visits. He is going to announce his college decision on National Signing Day in February.

LSU will certainly host the 5-foot-11, 175-pound playmaker with an expected visit in January before his much-anticipated decision.

Joseph has already gone in-home with Ja’Marr Chase (4-star WR, uncommitted); Kenan Jones (4-star WR, LSU commit), Terrace Marshall Jr. (5-star WR, uncommitted), Justin Rogers (5-star QB, TCU commit); and Jaray Jenkins (3-star WR, LSU commit) this week.
