LSU Tigers football plays the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. CT. Find the game time, TV channel and online stream info below.
Coming off a tough loss to Alabama, LSU (6-3, 3-2 SEC) is all-but eliminated from SEC West contention. At this point, LSU is playing for pride. Arkansas (4-5, 1-4 SEC) might be playing for a little more. One week removed from needing a fourth-quarter comeback to top Coastal Carolina, the Razorbacks come into Baton Rouge playing for a chance at bowl eligibility, the right to climb out of last place in the West and potentially coach Bret Bielema’s job.

LSU-Arkansas game preview
If there’s one team LSU should be happy to see right now, it’s Arkansas. Opponents are averaging 5.32 yards per carry versus Arkansas this season, the second worst mark in the SEC and the third worst among Power 5 schools. Last year, the Tigers rushed for 390 yards and 5 touchdowns versus Arkansas en route to a 38-10 victory in Fayetteville.

Arkansas’ offense could present an interesting task for Dave Aranda’s defense. The Razorbacks have put up 38 or more points in five separate games this year, but averaged a total of 14.5 points per game in tougher games against TCU, Alabama, Auburn and South Carolina. If LSU’s defense plays up to its potential like it has intermittently this season, it should be able to shut down Arkansas’ offense. If not, this game could be a shootout.
Expect a steady dose of Derrius Guice for LSU, but also plenty of Darrel Williams. Guice rushed for 252 yards and 2 touchdowns versus Arkansas in 2016, but Leonard Fournette also rushed for 98 yards and 3 touchdowns in that game. A varied rushing attack led the Tigers to victory a year ago, and the Tigers are almost certain to return to that well again this season.
