Land of 10 Week 2 Power Poll: Big Ten team rankings

Ohio State leads the first Land of 10 Power Poll of the 2017 season. The Buckeyes picked up 10 of the 13 No. 1 votes to easily rank No. 1 in the 14-team conference poll.

Penn State is ranked No. 2, getting the rest of the three No. 1 votes. After the Nittany Lions, Michigan, Wisconsin and Maryland round out the top 5.

Of the 14 Big Ten teams, Ohio State has the week’s biggest test. Though it’s not a conference game, the Buckeyes get a visit from national top-10 Oklahoma.

Voters didn’t reach a consensus on Indiana. Though the Hoosiers lost to Ohio State 49-21, Indiana led in the third quarter. That was good enough for one vote at No. 6. But the Hoosiers also ranked No. 13 in another ballot. In the end, Indiana ranked No. 11 this week.

Here’s how Land of 10 voters ranked the 14 Big Ten teams after the Week 1 games.
