Kevin Sumlin responds to critical Texas A&M regent: ‘People are frustrated’

Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin has responded to critical comments from an Aggies regent that came after their historic collapse against UCLA on Sunday night.

Texas A&M regent Tony Buzbee wrote on Facebook that Kevin Sumlin “needed to go” and that he would support the firing of the head coach.

Sumlin entered the season reportedly on the hot seat, and the Aggies’ 45-44 loss to UCLA – after holding a 34-point lead in the second half — will not help his chances of staying.
