Jarren Williams, Kentucky’s 2018 quarterback commitment, will play in January’s U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Williams announced the news Wednesday night on Twitter. The Army All-American Bowl bills itself as the “premier high school all-American game.”

Williams is in his senior season at Central Gwinnett High School in Lawrenceville, Ga. He’s set to graduate in December. The Army All-American Bowl is played annually in January at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

Williams is the 206th-ranked prospect in the 2018 class and the No. 8 dual-threat quarterback, according to the 247Sports composite rankings. He was Kentucky’s first commit in its 2018 class.
