The Nebraska Cornhuskers has been out of the Big 12 since 2010, however a certain Jeopardy contestant seems to have missed that news.
On an episode of jeopardy, a question from the category “Looking at Colleges” asked “You can write for its Prarie schooner Literary Mag, plus you’re 6’5″, 330 — you’d be a good Cornhusker lineman at this (university).”
Seems like a pretty obvious answer, no?

Much to all Nebraska fan’s dismay, since the question basically gives away the answer, the first answer was “what is Oklahoma?” The second answer was spot on.
If this was about seven years ago, this could be considered somewhat of an insult to the Huskers, considering Oklahoma used to be Nebraska’s rival in the Big 12.
In fact, the last Big 12 game the Huskers ever played was the 2010 Big 12 Championship game. The ninth-ranked Sooners won 23-20 over the 13th-ranked Huskers. Overall, Oklahoma owns a 45-38-3 advantage over Nebraska.
The two teams are scheduled to play each other 2021 and 2022, however.
