One day after Michigan wide receiver Drake Harris announced that he would transfer from Michigan, another Wolverine has opted to do the same.
According to a report on 247sports.com, freshman offensive lineman JaRaymond Hall asked for release from Michigan, and was granted it on Wednesday.
Hall did not play in any games for the Wolverines this season. He came to Michigan as an early enrollee in January.
The report states that Hall will have to sit out for a year as a result of the transfer, leaving him with three years of eligibility remaining. Hall will look to attend a school outside of the Big Ten, and two schools that the former Oak Park (Mich.) standout is interested in are Iowa State and Arizona, according to the report.
Hall’s transfer announcement also comes three days after quarterback Wilton Speight announced that he will transfer for his final season.
