Iowa did it again. For the second straight week, Iowa came up with a pick-6 on the team’s first defensive possession.

Iowa cornerback Josh Jackson started another huge game by making a big play and turning it into a touchdown. Jackson intercepted Wisconsin quarterback Alex Hornibrook and took it back 43 yards for a touchdown against No. 8 Wisconsin on the game’s 4th play.

Jackson picked up where he left off after a career game last week against Ohio State. Jackson, who had just 2 picks heading into last week, made 3 interceptions against the Buckeyes

Jackson’s pick-6 was a huge boost for the Hawkeyes who are hoping to be the first team to beat the Badgers in 2017. It was also the same way they started against Ohio State last week.

Hawkeyes safety Amani Hooker picked off J.T. Barrett and took it back 30 yards for a touchdown on Ohio State’s first pass play last week. It was the beginning of a 55-24 blowout for Iowa. Unfortunately for Iowa, however, Hooker is out against Wisconsin with an injury.
