Frank Kaminsky defends Nigel Hayes from Dan Dakich insult, calls out his ‘garbage’

Former Wisconsin star Frank Kaminsky isn’t holding back in defending Nigel Hayes from Dan Dakich’s attacks.

” ‘Broke College Student’ Nigel Hayes. He’s outta college now..no student loans..guaranteed job in his field..only had 2 work 20 hrs/week,” ESPN’s Dan Dakich tweeted Thursday.

Hayes has been vocal about how college athletes don’t get paid. He even held up a sign at College GameDay, reading, “ Broke College Athlete.”

Kaminsky fired back with sarcasm and brought up Dakich’s son, who reportedly is transferring from Michigan to Ohio State, thus ditching his “contract” with the Wolverines

After Dakich responded by calling him a “kid” and saying he’s done nothing but “bitch and say cute stuff,” Kaminsky again brought the heat, this time strongly defending his former college teammate in Hayes.

“You insulted @NIGEL_HAYES don’t get sensitive when people fire back at your garbage,” Kaminsky.
