Fleming was a hero of the HBO program “Hard Knocks”, which chronicles NFL training camps and players trying to make the squad. Fleming was injured during the second preseason game, and did not make the squad.
It looks like he ‘s finally getting his chance.
Fleming was the hero of the game he was injured in, batting down a pass in the end zone to secure a 12-8 victory. He played the entire game on a torn meniscus. Now, he’ll make $7,200 a week on the Bucs practice squad, with a chance to move up to the active roster surely coming up soon.
