The Atlanta Falcons have signed former Aggies QB Trevor Knight to their practice squad.

Knight had a successful season in College Station after transferring from Oklahoma, leading the Aggies all the way up to No. 4 in the College Football Playoff rankings before missing a few games with a shoulder injury.

He went unselected in the 2017 NFL Draft, but spent the preseason with the Arizona Cardinals before they cut him.

Knight finished his college career completing 55 percent of his passes while throwing 44 touchdowns to 26 interceptions. He also ran for 18 scores and 1,467 yards in his career.
