Carr went undrafted in 2017 and spent training camp in New England. He made 14 grabs for 153 yards and two touchdowns during the preseason, but the Patriots still cut ties with him Sunday. Carr will give the Saints some depth at wide receiver after starter Willie Snead was suspended for 3 games.
