Jordan Burroughs, the former Nebraska wrestling star, has another title to add to his accomplishments. And it’s another World title.

Burroughs won his fourth World title on Saturday, beating Khetag Tsabolov in the 74 kg final. Burroughs is also a two-time undefeated NCAA champion and an Olympic gold medalist.

Burroughs won his first World Championship the same year he won the NCAA individual title with the Huskers: 2009.

Jordan Burroughs titles

  • NCAA: 2009, 2011
  • World Championships: 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017
  • Olympics: 2012

The former Nebraska star had an emotional disappointment a year ago at the 2016 Olympics, getting upset and not winning a medal after winning gold in London in 2012.

But this year, Burroughs is again the best in the world.
