If you thought Tennessee’s coaching search couldn’t get weirder, you’d be mistaken.
There’s been a seemingly endless stream of rumors from all different corners about who will be the Vols’ next head coach, and now another “report” has been provided by WWE superstar Kane.
Of course, his real name is Glenn Jacobs and he resides in East Tennessee. In fact, his Twitter account says he’s a candidate to be mayor of Knox County.
On Thursday morning, Jacobs posted this on Twitter to share his inside information that suggests former LSU coach Les Miles has his eye on the opening in Tennessee.

“The Big Red Machine” is a staple in professional wrestling, having performed in WWE since 1995 and being billed as Undertaker’s brother.
Tennessee true freshman QB Will McBride certainly likes what Jacobs heard. On Wednesday, McBride posted this on social media to show support for the former LSU coach.
