Virginia Tech fans love their Hokies. The crowds at Lane Stadium are always a sight to behold – Virginia Tech has a clear advantage when it plays in Blacksburg.
We know the Hokies’ “Enter Sandman” entrance is one of the best, if not the best, in the sport. But ESPN college football host and analyst Maria Taylor has even more praise for Virginia Tech fans, saying the atmosphere at College GameDay in Blacksburg was the best she’s seen this season.

Virginia Tech hosted GameDay when it lost to Clemson in late September. Outside of that game, no team has come within 3 touchdowns of the Hokies at Lane Stadium this season.
