Christian Wilkins on Chubb’s towel theft: I wish I thought of it first

Some strange stuff happened in the Clemson-N.C. State game on Saturday. Of course, there was the whole laptop fiasco, which Dabo Swinney was still fired up about on Tuesday.

Then, there was N.C. State defensive lineman Bradley Chubb, who repeatedly stole Kelly Bryant’s towel throughout the game. Though this had to have been annoying, Bryant took the high road in his later comments.

But Clemson’s Christian Wilkins took it a step further, praising Chubb. Take a look:

As we saw in the NFL this week, football players will do just about anything in order to get under an opponent’s skin. On the field, that can cause the action to get testy.

But take a step back, and some of these guys truly respect a great prankster at work. The more you know.
