Given the devastating flooding in Houston this weekend, it is looking very unlikely that BYU and LSU will meet at NRG Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 2.
Plans are being made about possibly relocating the game elsewhere. BYU’s athletic director Todd Holmoe tweeted an update on the game on Sunday afternoon, saying that plans will be announced when final.

Earlier on Sunday, there was a report that LSU’s Tiger Stadium and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans had been discussed as possible relocation detestation for the game. It is also worth mentioning that BYU can’t not play on Sunday, in accodrance with the Church of Latter Day Saints.
LSU and BYU were set to kickoff on at 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 2. The game will air on ESPN.
