Brandon Wimbush thanked his offensive line after it was named a finalist for prestigious award

Notre Dame quarterback Brandon Wimbush’s performance has been up-and-down this season, but he’s had the benefit of playing behind a rock-solid offensive line.

Despite recent struggles, Notre Dame still ranks seventh in the nation in rushing yards per game with 279.1. Wimbush plays a role in that, but he knows his offensive line does, too. That group was named a finalist for the Joe Moore Award, given to the country’s top offensive line.

Wimbush took to Twitter to express his gratitude. Take a look:

Wimbush’s hashtag game is strong. Notre Dame will certainly miss a few key members of the offensive line that are NFL-bound in 2018.
