The conference went 10-1 on the opening Saturday of the 2017 season, with teams winning in a variety of different ways. ESPN and SEC Network analyst Booger McFarland, who played his college football at LSU, gave his thoughts on the conference’s start to the season in a Sunday morning Tweet-cap, if you will.

And it looks like these quick summaries will become a weekly notice.

Alabama 24, Florida State 7

Michigan 33, Florida 17 — say what about the Wolverines defense?

LSU 27, BYU 0

Auburn 41, Georgia Southern 7

South Carolina 35, North Carolina State 28

Vanderbilt 28, Middle Tennessee State 6
