FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Welcome to SEC Country’s daily Arkansas Borderline Erotic podcast, the most-listened-to Razorbacks podcast in the country. In this episode, John Nabors talks about the season opener for Arkansas this week against Florida A&M in Little Rock on Thursday.
SEC Country launched the Borderline Erotic Podcast on Aug. 29, 2016. It is named after the colorful way coach Bret Bielema described how he felt after Arkansas defeated Texas in the 2014 Texas Bowl.
Here is a rundown of some topics discussed in the 243rd episode of the Borderline Erotic Podcast:
Arkansas football: Razorbacks open season Thursday
Nabors started the podcast by discussing the matchup between Arkansas and Florida A&M transpiring this Thursday at War Memorial Stadium. The Rattlers have already played their season opener when they beat Texas Southern, 29-7, last Saturday. With Arkansas already having game film of their opponent on top of a short turnaround, the Hogs should be in great shape. If the Razorbacks win big, there won’t be anything to really take away from the game. But if Arkansas only wins a tight one, there could be some serious concerns raised going into the TCU game.
Nonsense: Game of Thrones season finale
In the nonsensical part of the podcast, Nabors brings up the nonsensical story of the season finale of Game of Thrones. There were so many things that happened in this episode that it will be tough to cover them all in just one podcast. But the hit show definitely ended on the highest of notes this season. Only one more season to go.
