Amad Anderson commits to Purdue: 3-star NY wide receiver chooses Boilermakers

Amad Anderson has chosen a new home in Purdue football.

About a month after de-committing from Rutgers, Anderson announced he’s joining the Boilermakers.

The 5-foot-11, 170-pound player from Staten Island, N.Y., is the No. 8 recruit in his state and the No. 31 athlete in the country, according to 247Sports.

He also had offers from the Scarlet Knights, NC State, Syracuse, Boston College, Maryland and Coastal Carolina, among others.
