2017 SEC Country Power Poll: Where Ole Miss is ranked (Week 13)

Ole Miss upset Mississippi State 31-28 last Thursday, pushing the Rebels to 6-6 on the season. But how would the victory impact Ole Miss in the latest SEC Country Power Poll?

Ole Miss checks in at No. 10 this week, one spot above a week ago, thanks to their victory over a ranked opponent.

The Rebels led the Bulldogs 10-6 at halftime and 24-6 after three quarters, but they were forced to hold on when Mississppi State came roaring back in the fourth quarter.

Senior running back Jordan Wilkins was the star, amassing 110 yards and two scores on just 14 carries. Junior quarterback Jordan Ta’amu was effective, completing 10-of-22 passes for 247 yards and two scores. He did throw one interception.

Ole Miss was ranked as high as No. 6 and as low as No. 13 in this week’s rankings.

Alabama slipped to No. 2 after losing to Auburn on Saturday. After Auburn and the Crimson Tide, it’s Georgia, LSU, Mississippi State and South Carolina.

Tennessee occupies the bottom spot in the SEC Country Power Poll. The Volunteers lost to Vanderbilt, 42-24.

Here’s a look at how the rest of the league filed in behind Auburn in the Week 13 Power Poll.
