For those attending Missouri football games this fall, you may notice something different about Memorial Stadium.

It’s not an extremely noticeable difference, but one that will be much appreciated among the Tigers’ faithful. As you pan your eyes around the stadium and get to the press box on the west side of the stadium, the Tigers’ back-to-back SEC East Championships are now officially recognized with newly added signs.

Prior to the additions, the only other signage that existed were Missouri’s Big 12 championships. It’s about time the Tigers recognized their accomplishments over the past two seasons after entering each year severely underappreciated.

It’s very much of the same this season with most of the hype surround Georgia and Tennessee, but two championships since joining the league in 2012 ain’t too shabby.

And by the looks of it there is plenty of room for a “2015”.
