Tabarius Peterson, a 3-star defensive end, pledged to Louisville in July.

But he admits that he’s keeping tabs on another ACC program.

The 6-foot-3, 238-pound defensive end from Tucker High told the AJC that he’s hopeful for an offer from Florida State. Peterson has visited the Seminoles twice, with his most recent visit coming earlier in the year.

“I like their defense,” said Peterson, who’s ranked as the state’s No. 108 prospect in the state. “They’re my No. 2 team.”

Peterson says he’s also interested in Iowa, Wake Forest and Duke. He’s considering taking an official visit to Duke this fall, and cites the academics as the reason behind the trip.
