Doug Roberson (@DougRobersonAJC) of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution predicts Atlanta United’s starting 11 for Saturday’s MLS game at Nashville. The game will start at 8 p.m. It will be broadcast on FOX.

Atlanta United did just defeat Motagua on Tuesday. But because the team won’t play again until next Saturday, don’t expect too much rotation in Music City:

Goalkeeper Brad Guzan, who has allowed one goal in two games.

Centerback Franco Escobar

Centerback Fernando Meza

Centerback Anton Walkes

Right wingback Brooks Lennon

Left wingback Jake Mulraney, who can't be subbed because neither Edgar Castillo nor George Bello are healthy, and Luiz Fernando is still gaining experience.

Defensive midfielder Jeff Larentowicz, in for Eric Remedi.

Midfielder Emerson Hyndman

Midfielder Ezequiel Barco, who manager Frank de Boer said has played well and only needs a goal as a reward for his effort.

Midfielder Pity Martinez, who has two goals and two assists in two games.

Striker Josef Martinez, who has two goals and two assists in two games. His eyes may already be lighting up at the prospect of facing centerback Walker Zimmerman, who has never fared well in games against Atlanta United.

You’d think that Nashville will come out guns blazing, but it doesn’t really have the personnel to do that. This 3-5-2 should be able to put in crosses and open up Nashville’s defense.
