Q: What is the AJCePaper? 

A: The AJCePaper is a digital replica of the printed newspaper. It is emailed to subscribers every morning by 6 a.m. so they can continue to stay informed wherever they travel. The AJCePaper is also available to subscribers by visiting AJC.com/ePaper

Q: How do I access the AJCePaper? 

A: If you are an active subscriber, you will have the AJCePaper delivered to your inbox by 6 a.m. every morning. You can also access the AJCePaper by visiting AJC.com/ePaper and logging into your subscriber account. 

Q: What are the benefits of a digital subscription? 

A: Digital subscribers receive the AJCePaper, a digital replica of the daily print edition, to their inbox every morning by 6 a.m.; a convenient way to stay informed whenever and wherever they travel. Subscribers also receive exclusive emails, including daily updates that link directly to the top stories on ajc.com

Digital subscribers can share their account with up to four family members or friends – at no additional cost to you or them as long as your subscription is current. 

Q: How do I activate my digital subscription? 

 A: An AJC subscription funds in-depth reporting and investigations that keep you informed. You can start today and cancel any time. Subscribe to the AJC by visiting subscribe.ajc.com and selecting the offer that best fits you. 

Q: How do I verify my subscription? 

A: To verify your subscription, visit myaccount.ajc.com and click “Register.” The following page will give you step by step instructions to verify and activate your new account. 

Q: How will I be billed for my subscription? 

A: If you sign up for autopay, our convenient  automatic payment method, your payment will be taken out at the end of each subscription term until you notify us to cancel. You will not receive a paper or electronic bill. 

Q: What payment methods can I use? 

 A: AJC subscribers can pay for their subscription via autopay, our convenient automatic payment method or PayPal.

Q: What is autopay? 

A: Autopay is a convenient automatic payment from your credit/debit card or checking account. We will deduct the noted subscription rate (and renewals thereof) at the end of each subscription term until you notify us to cancel. If you have any questions, you can email customercare@ajc.com or call Customer Care at 404-522-4141. 

Q: Why did the price change for subscription rates?

Q: If I get home delivery of the newspaper, can I still access it online? 

A: Yes, you can also access the daily print edition directly online at AJC.com/ePaper. The AJCePaper is also delivered via email to your inbox 7 days a week by 6 a.m. It is a convenient way to read the newspaper on all your digital devices. If you’re not receiving the daily AJCePaper email link, check your spam folder and mark us as not spam. 

Q: Can I share my digital subscription? 

A: You can share your digital access with up to 4 additional people at no additional cost – and they will continue to receive the AJCePaper as long as your subscription remains active. To share access, go here and login if you haven’t already done so. You can submit names and email addresses of additional friends or family members. They will receive an email alerting them of their invitation to access credible local reporting, compelling exclusive investigations and complete details. 

Q: If I don’t want to subscribe, can I still read the AJC for free? 

A: All content on AJC.com is accessible to everyone. As a non-subscriber, you do NOT have access to the AJCePaper, our daily replica of the print edition.

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy? 

A: To request a cancellation or refund of your digital or print subscription, please call us at 404-522-4141 and speak to a customer-service representative. We’d like to hear more about your reasons for discontinuing your subscription; your feedback is very important to us as is your support of the AJC’s journalism. 

Q: How do I access AJC apps? What apps does the AJC have? 

A: The AJC has two apps: the AJC app and the AJCePaper app. 

To access, visit the App Store on your mobile device or tablet and search for AJC. Download the app and begin access. 

The AJCePaper app is available only on tablet devices. However, you can still access the AJCePaper on any device by visiting AJC.com/ePaper

The AJC app is compatible on all tablets and smartphones. 

Q: Can I gift someone a digital subscription? 

A: The easiest way to gift a digital subscription is to share yours. You can share your digital access with up to 4 additional people at no additional cost – and they will continue to receive the AJCePaper as long as your subscription remains active. 

Q: Do you have education, group or corporate subscription programs?

A: Yes, you can access the AJCePaper, a digital replica of the daily print edition. Visit AJC.com/ePaper to begin reading today’s paper immediately. The AJCePaper is also delivered to your inbox daily by 6 a.m.

Q:  Can I request where or how my newspaper is delivered? 

A: Print subscribers can opt into seven-day delivery of the print edition, or Sunday-only delivery of the print edition. Delivery addresses can be updated by calling or emailing one of our Customer Service representatives at 404-522-4141 or customercare@ajc.com. All subscribers have access to the AJCePaper, a digital replica of the daily print edition. Visit AJC.com/ePaper to begin reading today’s paper immediately.
