KAYE, Beverly Jean

Beverly Jean Kaye of Atlanta, GA passed away peacefully of natural causes on December 24, 2020 at the age of 93. Everyone knew Beverly as a loving woman who was gracious and caring to all. Beverly was the daughter of Elmer and Laura Cuddy of Manhattan, KS. Born in Manhattan on October 24, 1927, Beverly graduated from Manhattan High School. She worked for the Episcopal Church in Manhattan before eventually moving to Atlanta. While living in Atlanta Beverly met Fred R. Kaye. They married in 1972. Their marriage forever joined Fred's two children, Rick and Debra, and Beverly's sons Greg, Gary, and Scott from previous marriages. As a couple Fred and Beverly were inspirational to their children. They were deeply in love and they remained inseparable until Fred's passing on April 15, 2009.

Beverly and Fred were avid travelers. They loved planning their trips and they traveled extensively to Europe where they fell in love with Italy.

Beverly was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Cuddy (Donna) of Olathe, KS., and granddaughter, Larkin Stringer of Cumming, GA. Beverly is survived by her family: Greg Stringer (Penny) of Cornelius, NC., Gary Stringer (Colleen) of Myrtle Beach, SC., Scott Stringer (Tracey) of Canton, GA., Rick Kaye (Ray) of New York, NY., and Debra Kaye (Roger) of New York, NY., and thirteen grandchildren.

The family wishes to express deep gratitude and appreciation to Val Williams and a devoted staff of caregivers from Home Care Assistance of Georgia. Due to COVID 19, a graveside interment will be schedule at a later date at Arlington Memorial Cemetery in Sandy Springs, GA.
