Video: Slow-speed chase in LA ends in bizarre way

A driver suspected of DUI was pulled over but then took off, leading police on an hour-long slow-speed chase down a main drag in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles Friday. (Source: MyFoxLA.com)

The chase ended when a man who witnesses at the scene described as homeless stepped into traffic and blocked the car with his body, side-stepping to stay in front of it as the driver tried to move around him.
At that point, the driver got out and the bystander who stopped him walked up to him and grabbed his collar. Police moved in and arrested both of them.
Police said they detained the bystander for questioning and he was being held for a possible parole violation.
