The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit has arrested two additional suspects in the death of a man stabbed 33 times outside Decatur.
Kessiah A. Rowe, 19, of Ellenwood, and Jared Kelvin Smith, 20, of McDonough, were arrested Wednesday on murder charges. Already in the county jail is Riki Ray Albury Jr., 18, of Marietta, who is also charged with murder in the June 28 death of Ronald Thomas-Roach. Albury has been jailed since July 10.

The victim, 50, was found dead in his bedroom early in the morning at Flats of East Atlanta apartments on Flat Shoals Road.
The motive, police said, was robbery. It isn’t clear why Thomas-Roach would’ve been targeted for a robbery, but his car and phone were stolen.
On Wednesday, DeKalb investigators arrested Rowe at a business in Dunwoody and Smith at a business in Jonesboro.
All three suspects have no bond.
