Spending Labor Day in Atlanta? Here's how to get downtown using MARTA

Plenty of events are taking place in downtown Atlanta for Labor Day, including Dragon Con and the Chick-fil-A College Football Kickoff game.

If you’re heading that way, it might not be a bad idea to take MARTA. Stations in the downtown area include stops such as Peachtree Center, Civic Center and, the biggest one, Five Points.

For those headed to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which is home to the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United teams, remember that it can be expanded to 75,000 seats to host events like the Super Bowl, or up to 83,000 seats for the NCAA Final Four. In other words: parking could be tough.

The address is 1 AMB Drive, a location that’s conveniently situated a few hundred feet away from the Vine City MARTA station.
