The man accused of killing a Dunwoody father outside a day care center has reached a settlement in the separation case with his estranged wife, Channel 2 Action News reports.
Hemy Neuman, 48, is accused of killing entrepreneur Rusty Sneiderman, 36, last November. Neuman and Sneiderman's wife were co-workers.
Neuman’s wife, Ariela Neuman, has been seeking legal separation from her spouse of 22 years.
The woman's attorney, Esther Pantich, told Channel 2 that the settlement will allow her client to access her husband’s assets. Since her husband’s arrest, Ariela Neuman had fallen behind on mortgage payments on the couple's $500,000 east Cobb County house.
Panitch has said that her client believes her husband and Sneiderman's widow, Andrea, were having an affair.
Hemy Neuman’s trial date is Oct. 17 in DeKalb County court.
