If you’d like to view proposed project plans, ask questions or give feedback about the Jones Bridge Road widening project, you’ll soon have a chance. 

Johns Creek will hold an informal meeting at city hall on Jan. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m., the city announced Wednesday.

The project, which stretches from Sargent to McGinnis Ferry roads, includes:

  •  Widening the existing roadway from two to four lanes for a 1½-mile section
  • The addition of a landscaped median and a 10-foot multi-use trail on the west side of the road
  • Operational improvements to intersections such as turn lanes, revised traffic signals, and reconfiguration of the existing pavement to add two through lanes

Engineers will be available to answer questions. 

There is no formal presentation, and guests can arrive at any time during the two-hour open house.
