Atlanta City Councilwoman Joyce Sheperd has helped plan an outdoor town hall meeting from 3-7 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11 at the Perkerson Park baseball field, 770 Deckner Ave. Organizers say community organizations and representatives from various city departments will be on hand.
