There are a lot of questions after someone shot and killed a driver in a car outside a Douglas County Walmart.
Douglasville police confirmed to Channel 2 Action News the shooting happened around 12:50 p.m. outside the store on Thornton Road.
A Channel 2 Action News photographer arrived at the scene to find multiple police officers investigating.
Eric Wright heard one loud gunshot.
“I look over to see what it was, and I see the guy yelling at the other guy, telling him to put his hands up, and he had his gun drawn on the guy in the car," he told Channel 2's Rikki Klaus.

Wright said the gunman was with a woman and kids. He said his commands sounded like a police officer's.
“He was asking his wife to go ahead and get him his badge.”
Wright said he went near the car to help and saw the man, who later died.
Channel 2 has reached out to police to find out if the gunman is an officer. We're waiting to hear back.
It is unknown at this time what led to the shooting.
