For a limited time, first responders can get into Legoland Discovery Center Atlanta for the very reasonable price of nothing.
The promotion, which lasts until Sept. 30, applies to people who have specialized training and are among the first to arrive and provide assistance at the scene of an emergency; paramedics; EMTs; police officers; fire fighters; rescuers and members of the Coast Guard.
The deal allows first responders free admission and 50 percent off for up to six guests. Proof of employment is required through means such as an ID or pay stub, and the deal can’t be redeemed online.

Visitors can also nominate their favorite local hero, and the first responder with the most entries will receive a family four-pack of annual passes. Everyone who submits a nomination will also be entered to win a family four-pack of tickets.
Oh, and arrrrr you ready for this, matey? If you go on Sept. 19, guests who talk like a pirate at admissions will receive a Kids Go Free coupon and a pirate eye patch, while supplies last. The coupon may be used immediately (or at a later date) at admissions.
The attraction has rides, a 4D theater and more than two million Lego bricks. It’s located at Buckhead’s Phipps Plaza on the third floor, 3500 Peachtree Road.
General admission at the door is $20.95 per person; online prices start at $12.50. Adults must be accompanied by a child to visit Legoland.
