DeKalb County firefighters will soon be using an upgraded thermal imaging camera from their current model, at no cost to the county.
ISG Infrasys is offering the newest model of the 21 cameras, which detect hot spots and help locate people in fires, because the county already uses on the firm’s earlier designs.
The upgrades are valued at $4,200.
