The Cobb County animal shelter is holding a pet adoption sale for the “tail end of summer.” (Think about this: Some county worker/volunteer gets to come up with these awesome pet puns.)
Cobb commission votes to ban animal tethering
Through August: All adult dogs and cats cost $10, while all puppies and kittens cost $25.
They ran this special last year.
The Cobb County Animal Control, 1060 Al Bishop Drive in Marietta, is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday and from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
