A DeKalb County Blimpie sandwich shop failed its recent health inspection with concerns over cleanliness.

The restaurant, located at 2680-B Bouldercrest Road, got a 66 on the inspector’s report on Tuesday.

Among the violations was the lack of hot water, soap and paper towels at a restroom sink. The inspector also found “heavy black accumulation of mold like substance inside of soda nozzles and food debris...on slicers and can opener,” the report said.
