Gunman sought in deadly Walgreens shooting

Police are looking for the person who shot and killed a man in a Walgreens parking lot Tuesday night in Gwinnett County.

Investigators set up crime scene tape around the Walgreens in the 1500 block of Lawrenceville Highway after finding the body of Wesley Bryant next to his silver Dodge, Gwinnett County police said.

“We believe the shooting happened either inside or right at the vehicle,” Gwinnett police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said. “The victim walked a few steps and collapsed.”

His car was impounded to Gwinnett police headquarters for processing.

Officials have not yet released a motive for the shooting.
