One of three people charged in connection with a violent protest at Georgia Tech was arrested last year as part of a Dakota Access Pipeline protest where a fire was set at a railroad yard.

Jacob Davis Wilson appeared in Fulton County Superior Court on Wednesday to face charges in the Georgia Tech incident Monday night. Arrest warrants say Wilson hit an officer and knocked him to the ground, causing a concussion. A police car was also set ablaze in the melee. Wilson’s bond was set at $107,500 on Wednesday.
