Coming in second place, the playground at Shorty Howell Park in Duluth will offer hours of entertainment for your little ones. Enjoy the trees, sunshine and colorful design while they explore everything it has to offer. 

The All Children's Park isn't a playground for disabled and special needs children — it's a playground that includes them. With special play equipment for all abilities and ages, this lovely Intown treasure will quickly become a favorite spot for your family.
