Toast to historySix Feet Under  outshined an array of beautiful, engaging patios in the AJC’s recent reader’s poll on best patios. The Grant Park pub and fish house  has exceptional views of Atlanta skyline as well as Historic Oakland Cemetery (hence, the name of the restaurant).

Brush up on some people-watching: Raging Burrito – The Decatur spot boasts one of the largest garden patios in metro Atlanta. While there, you can take in garden’s potted gems, enjoy some top-rate people watching and choose from the restaurant’s eclectic menu of Asia and Mexican-style food. The patio was also ranked No. 3 in our Best of Atlanta poll on Atlanta’s best patios, so it’s AJC-reader approved.

Try a relatively new patio Lean Draft House

The southwest Atlanta pub, which opened in summer 2017, has a motor-cycle motif throughout and a variety of tacos that meet every taste. The menu lists more than 20 local craft beers on tap, nachos, yuca fries and some inventive cocktails. It sits at the zero mile mark of the Westside Trail, so it fits the bill for a laid-back patio experience before or after your Beltline jog.
