This Avondale Estates butcher shop is making some fine cured pork belly. It comes in two flavors. The signature is an Applewood smoked that is dry-rubbed with maple and molasses and a black pepper. That is also available amped up and rubbed with black pepper and chili for that perfect spicy bite.

Peanut butter and bacon. At first glance, there is no reason why they should belong together. Belong together they do, though. Thick, smoky slices of Benton's bacon are served in a short glass jar.
