We're not sure which is more ridiculous: planking or owling. The two silly fads involve people taking photos of themselves in public places lying prostrate or huddled like an owl. (Seriously. We're not making it up. Google it.) Anyway, those crazy kids at 104.7 The Fish decided to get in on the action with a wacky trend of their own: fishing. The Christian station is inviting listeners to send in photos of themselves making fish faces. Christian artists Amy Grant and Michael W. Smith were good sports when the crew from the Kevin & Taylor in the Morning show asked them to participate backstage at their Friday night concert at Chastain Park Amphitheater.

Overscene

Actors Chris Rock and John Cho, each in town for movie projects, have been spotted (separately) at South City Kitchen's Midtown location in recent days...Jennifer Lopez has been stopping traffic outside Smith's Olde Bar, where the movie "What To Expect When You're Expecting" has been filming some scenes. Over the weekend she found time for some fun in the sun, relaxing in the pool with her kids. She's staying in style while she's here but we're not saying where. She and the little ones deserve some privacy, don't you think?

Buzz in our ear

Watershed is taking its show on the road. The Decatur restaurant famous for its fried chicken will close after supper Saturday and will reopen elsewhere later this year. The new digs will offer "a vibrant bar, spacious dining room, large outdoor patio, and ample parking," plus private dining and meeting accommodations, according to a message posted on its website. That's about all we know for now.  "While it was not an easy decision to leave Decatur, we are unable to offer our guests these added amenities in our current location," co-owner Emily Saliers,  half of the Indigo Girls, said in a statement. "We are deeply grateful to the Decatur community for 13 years of support." Co-owner Ross Jones told us to expect an announcement regarding Watershed's new address later this month. "It will be an in-town location," he said.
