Drivers along I-285 and Ga. 400 can expect overnight construction to delay their morning commute.

From 11 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday, one right lane will close at Roswell Road on-ramp to I-285 eastbound for work on the Transform 285/400 interchange project.

The project is part of the four-year, $800 million reconstruction of the interchange . Existing ramps and bridges will be redone and an access road will be created.

In addition to that lane closing, another right lane will close on I-285 eastbound between Roswell Road and Glenridge Drive from 11 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Friday.

Commuters can expect more delays off of Ashford-Dunwoody Road.

From 8 p.m. Thursday to midnight Friday, the right shoulder of the Ashford-Dunwoody on-ramp to I-285 westbound will close.

Dates of road work could change pending weather.

Motorists are urged to reduce their speeds when traveling in work zones and to watch for workers.
