The team behind 8Arm and Octopus Bar is slated to open a Mexican chicken eatery in East Atlanta later this year.

Restaurateur Nhan Le will open Pollo Supremo will on Moreland Avenue a few blocks from East Atlanta Village by September, Atlanta Magazine first reported.

The counter service restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, with a tight menu featuring pollo asada, side items such as rice and beans and elotes, soup and desserts such as churros and flan.

The Pollo Supremo space will have a drive-thru and seating for 12 indoors and a 40-person outdoor patio.

Drinks will include aqua frescas and horchata, and possible beer and wine.

Duane Kulers, who heads the kitchen at Le's popular Supremo Taco on Memorial Drive, will also oversee operations at Pollo Supremo.

A boutique seafood market called Fishmonger for North Highland Avenue near Ponce de Leon Avenue from Le is also in the works.

Le owns Octopus Bar and the lauded 8Arm in Poncey-Highland, which recently opened outdoor kitchen and bar Sidepiece. Coffee shop Three Heart Roastery, located inside Paris on Ponce, has been closed since late last year due to a fire at the building.
