Breonna Colley (left) and a juvenile now face murder charges in connection with the death of Dakota Farr (right).

An 18-year-old woman and a juvenile were arrested Thursday after investigators determined they set up the robbery that ended up killing a 20-year-old man at a Clayton County mobile home park, authorities said.

Breonna Colley, of Locust Grove, and the minor face murder and criminal attempt charges in connection with the death of Dakota Farr, who was allegedly shot and killed by Dequnn Watts on Jan. 2, the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Dakota Farr was shot and killed Jan. 2 at a home in the 700 block of Hillside Drive in unincorporated Stockbridge, according to Clayton County police.

It’s unclear whether the minor is being charged as an adult, but her name was not released. AJC.com does not run the names of minors who are being charged as juveniles.

Farr was killed while sitting in his vehicle in a vacant driveway in the 700 block of Hillside Drive, AJC.com previously reported. He flagged down officers that night around 4:30 a.m. and told them he had been shot, but he later died at Southern Regional Medical Center.

Watts, 20, of Rex, is accused of firing into the vehicle, where Farr was sitting with a woman and a child, hitting both adults, the sheriff’s office said. The woman was shot in her left arm and suffered permanent damage. It’s unclear where Colley and the minor were during the shooting or how they knew the victims.

Farr’s mother, Amber Rigsby, said her family lives in Spalding County, and they aren’t sure why he and his friends were at the Clayton County mobile home park.

“I’ll never be the same,” she told Channel 2 Action News after his death. “I know my life will never be the same.”
