AUGUSTA -- Lee Westwood chips from the bank of the creek onto the No. 13 green during the third round in the Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club on Saturday April 13 2013. Westwood, who is British but lives in Florida, was tied for 9th going into Sunday's final round. CURTIS COMPTON / CCOMPTON@AJC.COM
-- The leaderboard hasn't seen previous Masters champions Phil Mickelson (8 over) or Bubba Watson (2 over) all week, nor Rory McIlroy (5 over after a Saturday's 79). Leading the field going into today are Brant Snedeker and Angel Cabrera at 7 under, with Adam Scott a shot back.
My pick? I'm sticking with Matt Kuchar, who I picked at the start of the week. Kuchar is only three shots back and is coming off shooting a 69 in the third round. Also keep an eye on Woods, who's four shots back -- and that number is signficant since four shots was what he lost on his bogey-8 on No. 15 on Friday: two shots for the penalty, two more shots when he his ball hit the flagstick, bounced on the green and then rolled down a hill and into the creek, turning a likely birdie into a bogey.
It's overcast this morning and the forecast calls for cloudy skies all day. But rain is not expected until the evening (40 percent at 7 p.m.) so they should be able to get this one in.
That's it for now. If you missed some columns during the week, here are a few:
