Supreme Court - Day Three

The U.S. Supreme Court struggled on Wednesday with the question of what to do with the underlying Obama health law, if the individual mandate is struck down by a majority of the Justices.

Justice Antonin Scalia argued that if you "take the heart out" of the law, then the rest of the statute should go as well.

More liberal justices though countered that there are many, many provisions in the law that aren't impacted by the individual mandate, and that those should not be thrown out.
