Adonis Thomas gets training camp invitation By Chris Vivlamore
Adonis Thomas received a training camp invitation from the Hawks. That brings the final roster to 20 players when practices begin Tuesday.
Thomas, a 6-foot-7 guard/forward out of Memphis, was part of the Hawks’ Las Vegas Summer League team. He played in three games and averaged 1.3 points and 9.7 minutes.
Thomas took part in workouts at the Hawks practice facility this summer.
Thomas left Memphis after two seasons but went undrafted. He averaged 11.7 points and 4.5 rebounds his sophomore season.
